    I wish I could give a good review of the salon… I have been there before, and had a good experience. However, I had an appointment at 2:30 today with Toney and I arrived at 2:25. She talked to me and told me that she was in the middle of a highlight, and that she could get me in with Morgan in about 30 minutes. So I agreed to that and came back about 30 minutes later… However, I was waiting another 10 minutes after that and finally left. I think it’s rude to take another customer when you know that you have an appointment coming in. I understand that a highlight is much more money than just a cut, but I do not think that is good customer service.

    Toni is AMAZING! She helped my mother and not only was the cut great, but she was so kind. Im pretty sure she stayed past closing time. She took the time to write down her color formulas for our hometown stylist and went thru product recommendations. Shes amazing.

    Alie did a great job on my hair and has wonderful customer service! the salon manager Toni is big at showing and giving customer satisfaction and hiring good salonist, I hope your hard work never goes unnoticed, Toni. your awesome!

    Toni and her team are amazing! My hair goes well past my backside and she labored for hours putting a perm in! It is perfect and that is only because of her incredible abilities and care she puts into her work!
