- KKKathy KingJan 19, 20261.0I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. The stylist was working on another client so I took a seat to wait. I understand sometimes appointments run a little over. FIFTEEN MINUTES after my appointment was scheduled to start, and not even being acknowledged, I told her I was leaving due to the wait and being ignored. This is unacceptable. She seemed totally unconcerned. This is not the service I have come to expect from this location. My normal stylist relocated so I was going to give someone else a chance. Nope. And I know that if I walked in the door 15 minutes late for an appointment I would have been told they couldn't take me. Show some courtesy. It's not hard.
