They were also "out of samples" behind the counter. I'm not overly upset about the samples, honestly, but their attitudes just didn't help the situation.

I went in looking for a specific new on the market lip product that I had ordered online (direct from the brand’s website) but wanted to see if they had it available because I’m human and impatient! The girls literally unboxed it for me and let me try it out with a tester. I bought one and will give the second one away when it arrives. I also left with a new skin care mask and body spray per their recommendations. 10/10 experience and will be back before I shop online next time!

I had probably at least three people ask me if I needed any help and i was only there for a few minutes. I'm really happy to have a sephora that carries some of the brands I like.

No hellos, how are you doing? no smiles nothing at all, it made me feel uneasy. So I looked around for a bit while some of them stared at me and others ignored me. I left one of my favorite stores with a different feeling, a negative feeling. If I could give them no star I would.
