- LWLindsey WegerMar 22, 20263.0I shop this store often. The only reason I’m giving it 3⭐️, is because this is the first bad experience really. Went to check out and the employee was very rude, but didn’t think too much of it. She said to put my phone number in. She didn’t mention my points so I asked. She huffed and said to cancel to transaction. My daughter starts looking to see if there is a sample she wants and says “I don’t really know and I don’t want to take to long”. The employee huffs again and rolls her eyes at my daughter. I just told my daughter to not worry about it because this nice worker obviously doesn’t have time. I know people have bad days, but that was uncalled for.

When I asked for help nobody assisted me… The lack of warmth, and customer service made my experience at Sephora very uncomfortable, and it’s everytime I try shopping there. Which is why I try avoiding shopping at Sephora in the mall. Sephora do better with your employees please… I would like to feel comfortable while I’m spending big money at your store at least please…
- KKK “Kkeel” KeelyDec 26, 20251.0Gift cards aren’t honored if you lose them BUT still have original receipt. This used to not be the case because gift cards used to Have the barcode on your ORIGINAL receipt as proof of purchase, and now they do not put the last four numbers on the receipt because they claim they’ve had gift card theft. But really this is just a wait for them to steal more money from you if you lose your gift card. because it had a barcode and the barcode was on your original receipt…… So it is on their end of accounting and recording, but it is not on the Customer’s side of accounting. Will not be buying gift cards anymore. Was also made to feel that I was stealing. I will not be shopping here again. lesson learned.
