The staff is very kind! I have no problem with the people. My problem is the procedures I received were very costly and from before and after pictures there were NO changes. I went through 7 days of misery with swelling and bruising of my face that produced nothing. I will not be back to Longevity nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I’ve had a good experience with this clinic overall, which is why this situation was disappointing. On August 21st, I had Botox and purchased a full syringe of filler for $750. Only half of the syringe was used during that appointment, and I was told the remaining portion could be saved for me to use within six months. When I called today to schedule the follow-up appointment, I realized I had passed the six-month window by about two weeks. I was told nothing could be done because the six months had already passed. I completely understand policies and take responsibility for missing the exact timeframe. At the same time, I was surprised there was no reminder or follow-up from the office, especially since half of a prepaid treatment remained unused. When I asked about the syringe, I was told it was no longer available, either because it had expired or had been used. I’m sharing this feedback respectfully because I otherwise had a positive experience with the clinic and staff. I would truly appreciate it if the office might reconsider or reach out to discuss a possible solution or accommodation. I value the care provided here and hope we can find a way to resolve this.
