- NDNina Dazz2 days ago1.0Went in for an appointment on Friday 11/21 and was very disappointed at how things were handled. The injector that saw me that day was absolutely amazing and so sweet. There was a miscommunication however about pricing and she confirmed with me before doing the injections that if I went with Daxxify, I would be getting a discount rate for a special they were running on Daxxify as well as the additional 15% off which was the initial offer that I was there for. As you can imagine, her saying I would get both discounts heavily influenced me deciding to go with Daxxify. We both talked about how great of a deal it was and so it was a no brainer. When it was time for checkout however, the front desk informed me that I could not get both discounts. The young girl upfront with long black hair said I could only get one discount or the other and that there was nothing she could do about it. She was not empathetic to the situation and appeared irritated which was so disheartening. She didn’t even try to call higher ups or make things right because clearly there was a huge miscommunication between the injector and other staff. She had an opportunity to turn a very negative experience back into a positive one but instead her demeanor was cold and she was very unhelpful. I informed the young girl that I had confirmed with the injector before that I would be able to get both discounts and she walked off not sure to where. The other lady who was upfront with a ponytail stated she was very new but that she would try and look into it and she kept apologizing for the entire miscommunication once the other girl walked off. I know it was a difficult situation but the newer lady was so extremely kind. I’m so thankful she was there because that’s the type of person who should be dealing with clients. I understand miscommunication can happen because we’re all human but it’s all about how you decide to handle things. This was clearly a mistake on their part and so they should’ve taken the measures to honor what the injector had told me. Personally I won’t be coming back and I won’t be recommending The Treatment Room to anyone.

I have recommended others to her that have ended up being long term clients but honestly, the entire staff are very talented ladies The owner is Rebekah Voda. She stays on top of the latest and greatest and focuses on education and skin care. You won’t find anyone more passionate about their calling than she is! Go to The Treatment Room! You will notice the difference when you walk in the door!♥️

They have so may incredible providers and you can’t go wrong! I’ve been going to Sage for tox for years, and Kim is my go to facial queen! Kim is also great with helping create a custom skin care regimen. TTR is 11/10 in my book and I highly recommend them!

- RRR RNov 6, 20255.0I cannot say enough great things about The Treatment Room. I love this place so much that I drive up from Dallas every month. From the moment I walk in, to the moment I leave I feel pampered and taken care of. They also have a wonderful membership program that can work for almost any budget. I see Kim for my facials, she takes the time to really take a close look at my skin and any issues I may have. For my neurotoxin I see Casey, she listens to my needs and wants and curates a plan especially for me. I also love that the entire staff takes the time to educate their clients on skin issues, products and overall what will work for you and why.
