  I want to give HIGH praises to Emilia! I walked into do an Instacart and was greeted by several lovely ladies! They could obviously see I was on a mission. I was asked if I needed help and I hopped at the opportunity Emilia raised her hand and said I’ll help you! Talk about making someone feel seen she has pep and joy in her steps. An order that would’ve taken me 10+ minutes to find she helped me find in under 2 minutes 🤯 When I told her thank you for making it so fast! This beautiful woman said “I love to help and I am happy I was able to help you!”. She is a saving grace and a ray of sunshine that many need and will seek out in your stores. I pray Sephora appreciates the value and presence she brings to this location! Beautiful ladies go see Emilia! She will make you feel so special! Heck the stuff wasn’t even for me and I was excited 😂 Thank you Emilia for making my day smooth and cheerful! 💛

  Had my makeup done by Cheyenne and she was fantastic! Highly recommend her! She took my inspiration photos and made tweaks to fit my skin and complexion perfectly.

  went into the store at opening time not busy at all. A few workers and I was looking for something specific. I found a worker looking in one of the under product shelves and said excuse me before asking about the item I had intended on purchasing. Keep in mind the woman who was helped by this same worker before me looked very put together. I had just gotten off a 10 hour shift and wanted to get what I needed and head home. I asked the worker if they had the specific item I was searching for and she rudely said “No” after looking me up and down. I looked around a little before leaving. No workers asked if I needed any help finding anything whereas the woman who looked well put together did get asked multiple times. Every time I have went into this location I have no been asked if I needed any help finding anything and I’ve always felt like they are not the nicest. I would honestly rather walk through the mall to go to another Sephora than to go to this location. Each experience hasn’t been great.
