When I asked for help nobody assisted me… The lack of warmth, and customer service made my experience at Sephora very uncomfortable, and it’s everytime I try shopping there. Which is why I try avoiding shopping at Sephora in the mall. Sephora do better with your employees please… I would like to feel comfortable while I’m spending big money at your store at least please…
- KNK “Kneel5” NeelDec 26, 20251.0Gift cards aren’t honored if you lose them BUT still have original receipt. This used to not be the case because gift cards used to Have the barcode on your ORIGINAL receipt as proof of purchase, and now they do not put the last four numbers on the receipt because they claim they’ve had gift card theft. But really this is just a wait for them to steal more money from you if you lose your gift card. because it had a barcode and the barcode was on your original receipt…… So it is on their end of accounting and recording, but it is not on the Customer’s side of accounting. Will not be buying gift cards anymore. Was also made to feel that I was stealing. I will not be shopping here again. lesson learned.

- AJAllie JohnsonAug 5, 20251.0Me and my friend when to go get a lip liner and this worker i didn’t get name but she was African-American and my friend was holding this lip liner i was gonna buy and she went up to my friend and said “why do you have this,” and, “i need all Sephora’s belongings in my hand.” and called the security on my friend and told her she needed to everything in my friends bag. even though my friend just had a receipt and clothes. After that she told security they did not need them anymore then after she went up to me and said “were you going to get this” and i said “yes” then she took it from my hand and put it back so then my mom finally sent me the money so i could buy it so i had to go back and find it again. someone needs to talk to her.
