  Me and my friend when to go get a lip liner and this worker i didn’t get name but she was African-American and my friend was holding this lip liner i was gonna buy and she went up to my friend and said “why do you have this,” and, “i need all Sephora’s belongings in my hand.” and called the security on my friend and told her she needed to everything in my friends bag. even though my friend just had a receipt and clothes. After that she told security they did not need them anymore then after she went up to me and said “were you going to get this” and i said “yes” then she took it from my hand and put it back so then my mom finally sent me the money so i could buy it so i had to go back and find it again. someone needs to talk to her.

  I wish I had gotten the young blond lady’s name who had made my samples here! She was so kind and helpful. All of the staff here has been kind and helpful! I have been in and out a handful of times this summer since moving up here. After any big move, a lady has to spruce up her skincare and makeup! Every one here is always so helpful. We got me into a new foundation. And I got excellent samples of the newer Sunday Riley acne treatments. (I already was buying a ton of Sunday Riley products so it was very kind of the staff to help me into trying the serums out so that I can be sure I like them)! It’s been a couple weeks now, but I just wound up choosing my favorite of the serums, and I wanted to be sure to give this store a 5 star review for the amazing help! Also, a taller woman with short dark hair was also very helpful with finding my favorite eyeliner and helping me out to find a few other products ! Another young lady matched me up with a great tinted foundation by charlotte tilbury, that I bought, and it matches my skin flawlessly. Thank you ladies, at Penn square Sephora! You all rock! 🥂💖

  Typical Sephora with ton of makeup brands and options, friendly staff and helpful. I was color matched and actually it was spot on when I used the foundation next day. Which is rare I feel it never matches
