I had a needle piercing in each lobe. Again, felt very cared for during the procedure. There was absolutely no rush for either of us. We did pre-schedule our piercings! No doubt will be going back to have all future piercings here!

- UBUrsula BowlingDec 26, 20252.0A racket. We went here with a budget of $130 for the device (which is advertised as safe and good for kids) and earrings. Based on the website, this was a good plan. The second we walked in they tried to upsell us to the needle and act like it was just about parental neglect not to do that, despite fact my kid didn’t want needles and it is twice as much. The lady who did the piercing was kind but there was no celebration or fun to the process at all. At check out they rang me up for the 20 dollar cleaning spray without asking. The exact same product is 1/3 the price at CVS. I do not appreciate having things be charged to me without discussion. I do not like a “safety” upsell in front of my child. If your device piercings are not appropriate you shouldn’t sell them. I wish we had just done this at our pediatricians.

They gave me the run down, let me know when their “down time” might be today and THEY ASKED ABOUT ANY SENSORY NEEDS FOR HER!! My fellow sped parents understand the importance of that and the respect that is felt for our child. Crystal was our nurse and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She explained every step-every detail to our daughter to keep her informed and help her feel safe with her and the environment. She also did our oldest’s 2nd lobes and again dealt with patience us my husband and I stood there with our twins watching. We will return to them and only them without a doubt. They are friendly and professional! Hands down-the best.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
