There was an employee who made a sample for me and was very grumbly about it (I've never had that at this location... EVER!). I purchased over $50 worth of product and when I got home, my lotion bar sample was marked 45grams but was tiny little bits scraped from the bar, with the largest being the size of a pea, altogether the crumbs were the amount of a nickel. I have severe allergies and wanted to safely try the product at home, but the crumbs were kind of useless. I was very disappointed and called the store. Jack had been the person at the register and helped us check out, so remembered the transaction and also the other person making the "sample." He assured me that he would have a better sample for me and encouraged me to come back. Not only did my daughter come back to get the sample, but she brought a friend and BOTH made additional purchases. Great customer service from Jack to turn around a pretty disappointing purchase experience into a caring one.

They also gave me a freebie as an act of kindness and it seriously made my day, they were considerate and wonderful and I truly wish I remembered the employee's names because they were amazing. I also had been here before just window shopping and the employees that time were also great!
