- FLFelicia LucasSep 8, 20221.0My nine year old was so excited to get a perm and she and I are so disappointed in the quality, the lady took the rollers out 15 mins early which resulted in the top layer not having a curl, charged 71.00 for a perm that is not real anything, I will be reporting this to the higher ups, called salon 2 times and it just rang and rang, will not recommend that stylist to anyone, not very professional taking perm rods out early, this is not what I paid 71.00 with short hair. And I have had many and follow the rules and I did the same rules not washing nor getting it wet with my daughter waited 80 hours before washing and we hoped the curl would be there after washing but it’s just sad.
