Signed in online, didn't have to wait long and the 1st chair on the left was very professional and a delight.

Went in and asked for a wispy Sabrina Carpenter bang and received a mullet. Hairstylist did a straight cut from temple to temple, I panicked and asked for some side face frame expecting a slight cut down to the side but she then layered everything from the crown of my head to my ears forward. Please keep in mind I dont have layers anywhere else nor did I ask for layers and now it makes me look disheveled every day. I have extreme body dysmorphia and cannot look in the mirror without getting upset with just how bad it is. Cheers to wearing a beanie till spring.

i debated even writing this review because i'm not normally one to write bad reviews, and for a little i didn't think it was even worth it but then i saw that many other people reported the same issue i had so i might as well write about it too. a couple weeks ago i went in for the first (and last) time and asked for half an inch, maybe an inch off and some layers. i explained what i wanted to the best of my ability, and also showed a reference picture of the look i wanted. The hairdresser who was doing my hair, heather, said she understood but then proceeded to basically ignore what i showed her and gave me something that looked completely different than what i asked for. I wasn't sure how i felt about it after we were done, but i trusted her and thought it might look better once i styled it at home. nope. i was really disappointed with what I walked out with, and i'm lucky that my hair grows back somewhat fast or else I would be screwed. it still doesn't look great though. based on other reviews i've read i'm guessing that the hairstylists at this location have a pattern of not giving clients what they want, so personally i would recommend finding somewhere else.

All the septum piercings in the world, no personality whatsoever. Barely competent, reluctant to work. I can't think of a single thing about this place i would recommend.

I went in for a trim and asked for a couple of inches off the bottom, demonstrating where I wanted it cut with my fingers. Instead, Lauren took 5 inches off, cut my hair unevenly (one side longer than the other), and there was tagging at the ends. I was shocked and really disappointed by the loss of length, but there’s no going back with that. However, I returned the next afternoon for a redo (and asked to preserve as much of my remaining length as possible) to even things out and fix the chunks the first stylist missed. Ava apologized and fixed my hair free of charge, but I’m still mourning the loss of the length. If you value your hair even a little bit, find somewhere else to go. Ava was kind enough to fix her coworker’s hack job, but there just isn’t enough consistency across stylists to risk going here.
