Instead, Lauren took 5 inches off, cut my hair unevenly (one side longer than the other), and there was tagging at the ends. I was shocked and really disappointed by the loss of length, but there’s no going back with that. However, I returned the next afternoon for a redo (and asked to preserve as much of my remaining length as possible) to even things out and fix the chunks the first stylist missed. Ava apologized and fixed my hair free of charge, but I’m still mourning the loss of the length. If you value your hair even a little bit, find somewhere else to go. Ava was kind enough to fix her coworker’s hack job, but there just isn’t enough consistency across stylists to risk going here.

It's worse than what it was before. Does not know how to shape curly hair at all. At the end I asked him to blow dry my hair to straighten it, and he said he "doesn't do that" what kind of hairstylist can't do a basic technique. Older white gentleman, white hair, mostly balding, ponytail. I would not recommend.
