She had an issue with me taking pictures of my own child, even after I clearly assured her she would not be in the frame. It felt unnecessarily rude and confrontational. She also had all the notes from his previous haircut, yet kept asking basic questions as if nothing was documented. Even with that, the haircut turned out uneven in the front and not at all what we asked for. What bothered me the most was that while she was cutting, hair kept falling into my son’s mouth. When I tried to pause so I could take it out, she wouldn’t stop. It felt rushed and careless, especially when dealing with a young child. I’m honestly not sure why I tolerated all of this, but I definitely won’t be returning. Very disappointing experience.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
