They messed up my hair the first time at a different location, and I went and had it fixed at a Black Barbershop. Came in again a second time, to this location hoping it was just a one time mistake and they messed it again. Lady didn't even know what a fade is. Beard trim was a mess. I do a far better trim myself at home than whatever it is they do here in the name of trim. I had to take the entire beard out because of this lady's mess up. Complete joke, feels like interns fresh out of school. Whole time they both looked like they were in a rush to go home. Haircut a mess, Beard trim a mess. I just wasted damn near $50 for something that would cost me $40 at a far better shop. This was the 2nd and last chance I gave great clips. Never coming back ever. AVOID this place(Great Clips in general) if you really want a haircut, go somewhere else.

While I do appreciate her and her attempt to make things right, this does not bring back the year + it took me to grow my hair that the stylist ruined in thirty short minutes. (I also do not blame her for actions that weren’t her own. the hair stylist is at fault, not her) I will not be returning to this location, but the ladies over at the location on May next to Scooters are absolutely wonderful and I will go to that location instead. Every single time except one, they have ruined my hair. I had hair to the middle of my back and asked for a one inch cut and layers. My hair is now crooked, choppy, and WAY shorter than I agreed to. Stylist was also super rude. I get having a bad day but when you work in the service industry it’s literally your job to be nice. Will not be coming back.
