Would recommend them to anyone. The manager even stepped in and helped out another customer. The manager was very nice and complimentary, she made me feel so good about myself when I left! If you are looking for a new lace to try, got to JC Penny Norman and ask for Lindi. Online appointments were easy and and you know the price you are paying before you get there, it is a WIN WIN!!!
- AAAmandaMar 6, 20251.0My son received a hair cut from a younger woman. She didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Maybe she is still learning, but my son’s hair is terrible and uneven looks like I did it myself. My husband asked if I cut his hair, which isn’t a good thing. That’s how bad it looks. I now have to pay $20 more dollars to take him somewhere else to have it fixed. I don’t know if it’s just this new generation not having manners but she didn’t even say thank you after I payed, just stared at me. Very weird won’t return.
