  I've never dyed my hair before or done anything with it. Clementine Hair Lounge was the best place I could possibly have gone! Melanie did an amazing job!! I could tell she really knew her stuff. It is my 21st birthday, and I am so glad they were able to give me a fantastic result. I love my balayage ❤️.

  I just want to start off by saying the ladies at the salon are very kind but I am just truly devastated by my experience here. In the middle of January I had gotten around 100 grams of ktip extensions or so. Well, I had my hair done for my wedding 48 hours after. While I do believe that was the reason for some early shedding, I don't believe that is why I'm sitting here half bald. I got them removed today and I now have close to 50% less hair than when I first walked in for the extension installation. I'm not sure if it was installation or removal that went wrong, but I'm now going to have to cut my hair to my shoulders because of how wispy it is. I was told I would not lose that much hair when I got them removed. I'm not even sure I have enough hair to cover clip and extensions at this point. I paid over $1,000 and had really high hopes for this experience and I've just been crying for hours on then because I quite literally feel like a little boy right now. I babyed these things and the lady removing them even told me I did a great job taking care of them,so I'm not sure where the malfunction was, but I am just at a loss right now. The bulk of the extensions were all the under half of my head and I can literally see my scalp when my hair is down. I am just so mortified and embarrassed and I'm not sure how I'm going to fix this. Maybe too much was put in and my fine hair couldn't handle that, maybe it was removal, I'm not sure but I'm 100% sure this could have been avoided.

  I have been seeing Emalyn since she was in beauty school and followed her to her salon after she graduated and got her license. She has always been incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. As someone with autism, I truly appreciate how thoughtful she is about accommodating my medical needs and anxiety. She always takes the time to talk me through everything, asks lots of questions, and makes sure she fully understands what I want before starting. I am especially impressed by her honesty and professionalism. If she is ever unsure about something—whether it’s a cut or color—she is not afraid to ask for help to make sure the outcome is the best possible. That shows how much she truly cares about her clients. She also communicates clearly if she ever falls behind schedule, which I really appreciate. She also does my kids’ hair, my mother’s hair, and just about our entire family (except my husband—he doesn’t have hair!). She is wonderful with everyone and always makes sure each person feels comfortable and cared for. I have been almost every color in the rainbow and just about every natural shade you can imagine, and she has always done an amazing job. When I feel overwhelmed or unsure about what I want, she makes thoughtful suggestions and helps guide me. Emalyn consistently provides outstanding service, and I always leave feeling happy and confident. I adore her and highly recommend booking with her!
