She is clearly very skilled at what she does and made sure my experience was comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. That said, I primarily wanted to take the time to leave this review to recognize a previous experience that truly stood out. On my last visit, my son and I came in together. Melania cut my hair while another stylist worked with my son. During our visit, Melania was placed in a somewhat challenging situation, and what impressed me most was how she handled it — with professionalism, grace, and without ever missing a beat. Despite the circumstances, Melania remained completely customer-focused and made it clear that her top priority was ensuring my son and I both had a great experience. Her composure, attentiveness, and dedication to service were exceptional and left a lasting impression on me. Both Julia and Melania are fantastic at what they do, but Melania’s mindset and approach to customer service truly stood out. She is an asset to your team and absolutely deserves recognition from management for the level of care and professionalism she brings to her work. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
