- CWCassie WillefordMar 30, 20262.0Typically we don't have these types of issues coming in to trim or cut my daughters hair she is of lighter skin tone with curly hair as my sister explained to the lady how I wanted my daughters hair to be cut she questioned her the whole service are you sure you want her hair cut this short it will shrink it will shrink after she stated multiple times yes we are aware of shrinkage and how short and thin we wanted her hair I understand that it is in the best service to make sure we are happy with the outcome but it was how she reacted to the specific decision she then called her coworkers name and stated at her as if to say something abt her or the decision mind you my daughter is 4 years old and moves a lot because of ADHD she pulled and pushed on her hair to where she was constantly saying oww I am paying for your hair cut service not your advice or opinion.

They greet you when you come in.. always ask about checking in online.. the wait time and position in line is displayed easily to see! Multiple friendly conversations between staff and customers and even us in the waiting room. My daughter loves her hair cut every single time we go! We come from out of town and try to stop by for routine cuts/trims! Thanks great clips 😊✂️

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
