- MSMizze ShayJun 13, 20251.0Please do not shop at this Sephora. One of the Sephora Beauty Advisors was very rude to me about returning a product I purchased in the last two days. She informed me that I was not able to return my product. I informed about the Sephora Return & Exchange policy and that the main company Sephora.com informed me that I had the right to return my product. She said “ no the system will not let you”. I stayed to her again how is that and she had a very aggressive attitude towards me. So, I asked can I speak to the Sephora manager. The manager did my refund right away. I will not disclose the name of the Sephora Beauty Advisor , but she had brown hair with a variety of loud colors. Please do not make a purchase at Sephora at Kohls , or you will get ripped off. I have never been treated so bad by a Sephora Beauty Advisor in my life. I will never return to this Kohl’s ever again. The customer service is very low and I would hate anyone to be treated the way I was treated.

Alexis walked right up, on my good side LOL, with no time to spare and guided my way. Attentive, knowledge, exceptional in understanding my needs and offering choices I wouldn't have considered otherwise. My self-esteem was happy for Alexis. I lost details to order more and I called with remarkable service again. And can you guess who helped me? Alexis! And that's why I'll come back! I made a new friend.
