I’ve been here before for a wash and style and was coming in bc I have an event and wanted a wash and style. The lady was very rude saying “well there’s only 2 of us so if we get busy I can’t be doing that” and I’m like okay I’m a paying customer. She’s like well it’s going to be $45 just to blow out I mean I can barely dry it” what?! Are you serious. Rude. I’m a very good tipper too. You lost out on money. I will tell everyone about this and I hope you lose business. Ungrateful.

I specifically asked for a little longer than chin length blunt bob with no layers and for it to be thinned. I asked for my undercut to be shaved then my hair washed. My stylist said “I don’t cut wet hair”and proceeded to cut my hair dry. I now how the worst hair cut I’ve ever received. She used dirty clippers. Trimming shears to “thin” my hair. I have razor burn on the back of my head, chunks of hair missing, and possibly the roundest bob on the planet. It’s also SO uneven. I understand it’s a great clips I’m not expecting runway quality but this is crazy.
