  Sitting here having my sister fix this hack job. I asked for an A line Bob and she used thinning shears on my already thin hair. My hair is extremely straight and you can see every mess up. Don't go unless you want basic cuts because these stylist are just that..BASIC

  Deb was amazing! I have very fine hair. I am always afraid to have someone new cut my hair but I was very pleased. Definitely worth the time.

  I waited a few days to write this review, because I wanted to calm down. I’ve been coming to this location for a while now. They have always done a good job. I stopped in last Thursday, and taken back right away. I had never seen the guy before, but everyone there had always done well with a trim. I showed him how much growth I had from where I had color, and asked for that much to be taken off. It was about 1/4 of an inch. I wasn’t worried if he did a little more than that though. I asked him to just above my ears. I had to take off my glasses for my haircut. He used clippers. No biggie. Lots of people do. But it felt like he was going very high on my head. So, I put my hand up to feel. I immediately told him I never buzz that far up. He had buzzed my head all the way about an inch or more over my ears. He takes me to cash out and I leave in a daze. Not yet sure just how bad this is. I get home. My husband says it looks like he tried to give me a high and tight. I guess what military guys get. Except, it’s jagged, not even a straight line. The left side is a half inch longer than the right. I look horrid. I cannot begin to tell you how much I have cried over this. Did I do or say something to offend this guy??? If so, tell me next time. Don’t butcher my hair!!!

  I brought my 3-year-old son in for a haircut, and he was actually doing really well for his age. While she was using the clippers, she cut him barely a scratch which wasn’t an issue he was moving around so I’m not mad at that. Instead of responding with patience or concern, she kept telling him not to move and immediately said, “I didn’t cut you.” There was no apology and no reassurance. She also repeatedly let hair fall all over his face, and it was obvious it was bothering him. Rather than brushing it off or helping him feel comfortable, it felt like she was just over it. Cutting a toddler’s hair requires patience, gentleness, and awareness. If working with young kids isn’t something you enjoy, it would be better to let another stylist handle children’s cuts. Customer service is part of the job too. We won’t be going back.

  AMAZING! the girls were so prompt I had ZERO wait time! Let me preface with the fact that my hair was heavily damaged at the ends and Cadance did her thing with it I didn’t want to cut a lot of length off so she cut off the dead ends and damaged hair gave me a killer style that fits me so well AND SHE WAS SO DOWN TO EARTH! It was all around a great experience great conversation and above all she did a damn good job! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! (Also using my husbands account to write this)
