  Last week, I got a haircut from Ebony, and it was an amazing experience. Ebony was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The haircut turned out great—clean, stylish, and exactly how I envisioned it.

  I took my son to get his monthly haircut, the same cut as usual. This time, we had a different person who was a bit aggressive towards him. It's hard for my son to sit still, and he was moving his head. Instead of politely saying, "Keep your head still," she put her hands on his head and turned it aggressively. Then, she said to him, "You see my arm? I was in a car accident." As if a 4-year-old is going to understand that! If you're in pain from an accident, stay home and don't come back to work still in pain. Don't handle my child aggressively and start rolling your eyes at him; he's a kid, for crying out loud. I liked the person we had before her; now I see why they have bad reviews. I don't remember what her name was but I'm certain it started with an R.

  I showed up 40 minutes before closing and a very nice young man named William, put my information into the machine then said" cmon over,I can cut your hair right now". ...and that's where the "issue" began. When I sat down at his booth,he asked me what he was doing for me today? I told him clearly "a #3 comb on the sides and back(but I may have you go to a #2 comb at some point).I want the top to be a flat top about 2"HIGH,but leave it just a little taller in front so that when we're done I'll have you put some gel in and spike it,leave a little side burns and square the neckline please" Like I said william,, is pleasant and professional as he repeats my words,indicating that he understood my common haircut.unfortunately,the haircut continued until 15 minutes after the manager locked the front door and began her ritual of closing. After he began,he stumbled and fumbled and overall gave me the impression that he was still learning his trade...and he is a D student. Oh,he did get the square neckline! Yes,when I got home,I had to fix what I was able to,and the rest will just have to grow out.My thinking is that william,will make slow advancements before the time that you get there.Im pretty easy going kind of man,but i imagine that you and i are simular...i give a damn, about my haircut! So now..you know what to do.

  Nice store overall! Friendly people. Well kept store. Easy to get into. Everything and everybody works so well together! Bri is the best! She always has time for me 🙂
