- CHChemetrea HagensSep 26, 20251.0Me and a lady friend came in to shop for some fragrance on yesterday 9/25/25 two employees on duty only one handling the whole store but still need assistance from the other employee sitting on the floor blocking the counter where cologne and perfume are yes she was working i guess and was unwilling to help customers. I politely ask a question about cologne and she was irritated and rude. Her work badge wasn’t visible. Probably should be coached.
- MHMackenzie HicksSep 25, 20252.0BE AWARE! Workers are incredibly rude. Had been in the store for 2 minutes grabbed what I needed and walked to the check out. I had walked up to purchase the clarins double serum a very expensive product, that I have purchased many times before. I noticed at checkout the box was already opened I showed the worker and opened it while showing her the ripped edge. The other cashier, manager/supervisor, said I opened it “saw me open it” and they would have made me purchase it anyway regardless if someone else had previously opened it. I recommend going to the Sephora on Classen. Much more professional and have enough staff to make sure people aren’t opening products, so when I come to walk in a grab one thing I’m replenishing I’m not buying an already opened product.
