I called beforehand asking if they still took cuts that day and they said yes. I walk in and they say sorry we can't take any more Mind you I literally asked beforehand and they said yes. On my second attempt I walk in an hour and a half before close and they say sorry we have an hour long wait and won't take anymore customers. Simple math says that gives me 30 minutes remaining for a haircut. Honestly their service is very poor, nothing like how it used to be when they first opened.
