  Extremely odd experience. The haircut took no more than three minutes, even though they had my history on file showing what needed to be done. The barber only used clippers on the sides and back, standing unusually far away—as if hesitant to even touch my hair. When she asked if I wanted anything else, I was surprised because she hadn’t touched the top at all. I also didn’t notice any certification displayed at the station, which made me question whether she was properly licensed. I even mentioned that I couldn’t really tell I had gotten a haircut, and she just smiled as if it were a joke. I typically tip and felt uncomfortable not doing so, but the service simply didn’t justify it. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning to this location. Now I have to find another shop to fix and finish what this barber started but never completed. Please do not send a generic response asking me to contact customer service. This situation needs to be addressed directly. The barber showed no care or professionalism and appeared to rush through the haircut simply to collect payment. It took only a few minutes, and the minimal work done is something I could have done myself at home. I usually leave feeling fresh and satisfied after a haircut. This time, I left genuinely wondering what, if anything, was actually done.

  I had the worst experience of my life at this location. I asked for a simple low fade on the sides and a little clean-up on the top. The stylist finished my haircut in less than 10 minutes, which immediately made me feel like she rushed through it without paying attention to detail. It did not feel like she cared about doing a quality job. She asked if I wanted anything else done, but by that point I could tell she wasn’t doing a good job, and I was worried she would make it worse, so I decided to just leave it as it was. On top of that, I had a $9.99 coupon and clearly told her at the beginning that I would be using it. She said we would apply it at the end. However, when it was time to pay, I was charged the full $22 and the coupon was not honored. That was very disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this visit to Great Clips. This will be my last time coming here.

  Extremely friendly staff with a nicely clean and tidy waiting area. Greeted extremely quickly and courteously with just a very brief wait for stylist to be available. Didn't even need to sit before being called over. Stylist was wonderfully friendly and informative with a few questions that were answered very nicely. Keep up the good work and thanks!
