  They changed massage therapists 4X in the 7 months I went there, sometimes not informing me prior to my appointment. When I decided to stop my monthly massage contract due to the constant change in massage therapists, they said I was 2 days past a 30 day written notice and will still charge me for next month’s unwanted massage. Wondering why massage therapists leave this location so often, especially Case who was exceptional.

  I will never go back to that place again. The massage area is an open bay with rooms separated by canvas walls. When people and their therapist use everyday voice levels it can be heard in the other rooms disrupting your massage. It seems that they try and mask this by using loud ocean waves and white noise machines, it does not work. I have found another place First Coast Neuromuscular Massage, only charge $60 for 60 hands on (not 50) minutes and $90 for 90 hands on minutes.

  I love The Now in Worthington! The vibe is so peaceful and the staff is so friendly that I always leave in a great mood. Not to mention Janet is the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen!

  I LOVE the now. There are always openings day of for massages and I’ve never had a massage I wasn’t satisfied with.

  Great massages but don't sign up for a monthly membership! ; the NOW has a terrible package cancelation policy. I have always been happy with both my massages and the kind service from reception at the NOW. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their monthly package program. It's easy to sign up for it online or over the phone, but it's a different story should one want to cancel. I want to cancel because I simply didn't use the service enough - I have 11 massages paid for and have tried 4 different times to cancel! First, a review of their website gave no option. Second, a phone call where I learned I would need to come in to the shop to cancel in person, they would not process over the phone. Third, a visit to use a massage and complete the cancelation. Oh, no! I have to come back when a manager is present! The representative that day was helpful and understood my frustrations, but could offer only a 3-month "freeze", something I had done in the past. Fortunately, this time I remembered that experience and asked for a copy of the cancelation paperwork to review. At this point I learned two important things. First, I would not be able to cancel immediatelyn I'd be charged one additional "final payment" to earn the right to be free. Second, the real killer, once that final payment posts and the membership is canceled, I am no longer able to use the 11 already-paid-for massages! What choice do I have but to again freeze the membership to be able to use the massages, then refreeze again and again, to have the time to use them! Once I do that, I'll need to again confirm that a manager will happen to be in the shop when I am there, because no other employee is empowered to do it for me. An absolute racket. Very disappointing.
