Told me someone would be take me back shortly. There was a guy who walked up to the computers and looked at the list and walked away mumbling something. The one stylist finished her cut and cleaned up and took me back. She was amazing. She introduced her self and said her name was Kathryn. She also asked me what I was thinking for the cut. I showed her a few pictures and she asked a few more questions. She was super thorough. She asked me if I used product in my hair currently. I replied with no because I didn’t know what to use. She smiled and reassured me that she would help me get the right products for my hair. We ended up doing a super cute longer pixie cut because I wanted something easy to style. It’s been a week or so now and I’m so loving my hair. She did a fantastic job. When I was checking out she walked me to the product shelves and showed me a couple options for what I could use. She explain each one to me and told me what her favorite was. I ended up leaving with a shaping cream. She also reassured me that if I had any questions I could call and ahead would help me the best she could. I will 100% be coming back to see her.
