- SCSara ContinenzaOct 27, 20252.0Cryo machine is broken again. There's only a nurse on Tuesdays now and there's no available appointments until January. If you don't use your credits in a certain amount of time, you lose them, yet there's nothing you can use them on when there's hardly anything available. I go to get cryo therapy and sometimes a drip. Not sure what I am paying for and there's no one I can even get a hold of from management to discuss this issue as a paying customer for over a year. It seems they gave up on this location. I live only 10 minutes away from this location but I might have to start driving 40 minutes to the other locations just to be able to access services that I pay for. Liz on the staff is really nice though. She is the only reason I come back at all.

What are your core services and their benefits?

For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
