If you haven’t been to this studio in a few months, it’s worth coming back to check out the vibe! I love red light but I’ve also gotten a few drips and have left feeling so much better. I just started the duality from their skincare line and cannot recommend enough. LOVE this studio so much!!!! I will be a member for life!

If you don't use your credits in a certain amount of time, you lose them, yet there's nothing you can use them on when there's hardly anything available. I go to get cryo therapy and sometimes a drip. Not sure what I am paying for and there's no one I can even get a hold of from management to discuss this issue as a paying customer for over a year. It seems they gave up on this location. I live only 10 minutes away from this location but I might have to start driving 40 minutes to the other locations just to be able to access services that I pay for. Liz on the staff is really nice though. She is the only reason I come back at all.

What are your core services and their benefits?

This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
