After my daughter got her haircut I was rushed out did not check with me to see if the haircut looked good just sent us on Our way after I paid. I get home see her hair is so uneven in the back I take her back the next morning and have two people try to fix it. That’s when They pointed out the lady took a big chunk out of one side of her uneven front too. They did their best to fix it, but because of the big chunk, cut it was on one side and not the other so she wanted to go back to have them try to fix it more. I speak with the manager or whatever rude lady I spoke to and decided I wasn’t going to bring my daughter back up there to have her hair fixed a third time by someone who is sticking up for the person who cut my daughter‘s hair. How do you look at this picture and talk to the people who tried to fix her hair and still tell me that you never get complaints about her and question me about how she acted. When we went a second time, the other beauticians were telling us how she was yelling at other customers that day also. Rude attitude very small short women who did this to my daughters hair.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
