After confirming with staff that I was there for a delivery and being directed to the rear entrance, an employee (Amy Kooks) greeted me by asking if I was there to pick up trash. I found this assumption unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since staff had already communicated that a delivery driver was on site. When I followed my company’s insurance policy and delivered the skids to the door only, the employee became upset and took a photo of my badge. As a professional driver, I expect to be treated with the same level of respect I give others. Unfortunately, this interaction fell short of that standard.

- SCSandra CroucherFeb 11, 20262.0Visited the Sephora store at Crocker Park in Westlake Ohio this evening around 7 pm. 6 or so employees working. I waited as the only person in line for 10 minutes while they all gabbed behind the counter and chatted with each other. At one point I tried to approach the register with my items and one of the female employees told me they were talking and I had to wait. I left my items on the counter and left. It was one of the worst experiences with retail I’ve ever had.
