But when I got to the register to the left they were talking and I stood there forever while they talked. She barely acknowledged me. That didn’t bother me too much but when she cashed me out I went to grab the bag she literally dropped it on the counter right before it was in my hand and didn’t say nothing to me like sorry or have a good day.

Today I had my makeup done by Kylie, and she was incredible. Her specialty is really enhancing your facial features and nailing the perfect foundation match based on what you’re looking for. She listened, asked great questions, and delivered exactly the look I wanted. Suzanna was wonderful as always, greeting me the moment I walked in with a big smile and helping me narrow down the products that would work best for me. The team there is genuinely invested in making sure you leave feeling your best.

This time however, no help (not even greeted) waited in line for an excessive amount of time and asked for samples (as I would've got plenty online ordering) and told no. Do better or I'll happily spend my money elsewhere.
