  I’ve been going to Micah for over 3 years, and he continues to do an outstanding job. His professionalism, talent, and attention to detail are second to none. He’s always consistent, runs on time, and makes the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I always walk out feeling better about my haircut—and honestly, about myself too.   Latoya is the best! Loved her, she totally took care of me from the moment I walked in! She gave me some tips to better care for my hair and the cut is better than what I asked for! She delivered it above my expectations.

  Sitting here after my appointment, relaxing and welll…writing this review!! Went in early and was able to get in earlier than my appointment time which was already a great start. My stylist Latoya did a phenomenal job asked her to cut it the way she thinks best and she did not disappoint. Very happy with what she did I will be requesting her every time I come in thanks for sure!

  Decided to give this place a try because I have been cutting my own hair for years and wanted to get the barber experience. Let's just say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". **A one-time haircut here turned to $450 from recurring membership fees**, even though I went one time and never again. I never received notice of any renewal. When you ask to cancel, make sure to send it in writing AND get written confirmation from them. When I called to explain they were charging me for service I wasn't using, I was hoping that in good faith they would accept me telling them that I asked to cancel verbally at the front desk and never went again. Unfortunately that was not enough for them, and the best I got was "you still have credits you can use within a 60-day grace period". So A) what I said didn't matter, and B) you're trying to get me in the door so you can get another chance to close more dollars out of me. At the end of the day I'm S.O.L. on the refund if I don't have anything in writing that I asked to cancel, but I still feel cheated.
