The whole time she was complaining about how much hair I had and how I shouldn't have waited so long between haircuts. She didn't even blow all the cut hair off my head and i had large chuncks of hair still behind my ears. She never trimmed up my sideburns like I asked her to and she said she would. My hair still looks bad because it's not even on both sides and not blended well from the sides to the top. She made me sit uncomfortably low to make it easier for her to cut my hair the whole time. Literally, unbelievable experience.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
