    I had such a pleasant experience shopping at the Kohl’s Sephora the other day! The sales lady named Bre was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, she helped me find the colors that I was looking for and also gave me a few samples and I will definitely be going back to purchase!!! Thank you Bre for all of your help!!!

    Have had nothing but great experiences here. Kirsten's customer support is especially amazing. Very kind and understanding of sensitive skincare needs such as acne. Really knows her stuff about what to recommend and is happy to give samples. I will be coming back to buy whatever ends up working. She recommended me the Estee Lauder foundation, it ended up a perfect fit for my skin. We came back and bought a full size and I intend to rebuy when I'm out of it. I would've walked past it if she had not recommended it. I was going to buy another brand that ended up not working and would not have gotten anything if not for her helping me find the right foundation. Kirsten is very kind and sociable. Everyone seems lovely. Amazing customer service. Great atmosphere. Some places can seem snobbish, but it is very welcoming here.

    I went to Sephora yesterday. As soon as I got to the counter, the phone rings and was immediately answered. The clerk was looking for various items for the person on the phone and put 2 things on hold. After about 4 minutes or so, the clerk apologized. I placed my items on the counter and stated “I need an eyeliner.” Her response was, “I can show you where they are and you can pick one out.” By the way, it was just my sister and I in the store. I left the store with my makeup and concealer (over $90) never to return again.
