- AHAmy HefnerNov 11, 20251.0I was not pleased at all!! I explained what I wanted, (length to my shoulders and my layers reshaped) and the girl wanted to take 3” off of my hair. Being that my hair is curly and only gets curlier the shorter it is cut, I asked for only 2” to be cut. She barely cut 1” off of my hair. She was also going to frame my face, but did not. Then places me under a dryer to dry it, claiming, that would be better than a diffuser as the latter would leave my hair frizzy. I use a diffuser every time I dry my hair and I have NEVER looked like I did when I walked out of this salon!! I tried to not leave a tip but your system would not let me do that. The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted to schedule another visit and my reply was ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will never step foot back in your salon again!! I will warn everyone I know to avoid this place as well! I had stopped coming for awhile before and thought I would try it again. Big mistake! Studio A gets ZERO stars from me!! I had to put 1 star so this survey would post. 👎
