Policy needs changed!
I want to point out that I had no issues with the stylist work. She did a good job cutting my hair and was friendly so I wont give her name. My issue is that I needed to reschedule due to wakeing with a very sore throat. I was told I would be charged 50% that was their policy. Well I was never told of this policy prior.
I have heard of Doctors offices doing this after several times of no shows but not hair stylist. I dont like when people expose me to illness and wouldn't do it to someone else. I also wanted to reschedule to make sure we had enough time to tint my eyebrows and do a consultation for all over color, possibly getting it done at that time if able.
I appreciate hair stylist and value their time always tipping at least 20percent. This policy is a bit much and they should reevaluate this . Also no reminder message or call was ever sent out for the appointment.
