They always have a long wait and my most recent experience was in large part due to the slow speed at which the stylists were working, including sweeping between the few customers they were serving. I know the app says that the wait time that it shows may not be accurate, but I arrived virtually on the minute for the time I had checked in, and for the next *40* minutes while I waited, the app showed that I had a 1-minute wait. Soon after I checked in, the wait time shown on the kiosk was 135 minutes. Customers were greeted with, "we'll be with you shortly"but customers that had checked in started leaving. My time is valuable as well.
