What’s hilarious is I’m now at the Henderson location watching the wait time pile up when I should’ve been done over at Tremont half an hour ago. Everyone in the room seems to agree the Tremont location needs serious reevaluation from regional leadership. And I personally felt the need to sign into an alt email address just to send home the point: do not go to this location if you care about customer service, your time, or your hair. These people flat out don’t. This review won’t change that. You should find somewhere else to get a cut. Yours truly, the righteously indignant dude who you refused to acknowledge at your counter when no one else was being serviced or waiting.

This recent time they’d rather stand and talk to each other while no one is waiting or in the chair, so I guess they’d rather have this review. I’m willing to wait at another location instead. Also, the girl with pink hair does not care about anything. Certainly not about her job or your hair.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
