Since I have been apart of Great Clips as an employee myself, I know for a FACT that this general manager is not there standing by Great Clips (GREAT) policy. Never did she greet us, say hi, have a smile on her face.. looked completely miserable and mean. My son is 4 years old- she asked me so you just want a 1 up to a 2 , and I repeated it out loud yes a 1 up to a 2… her response- THATS WHAT I JUST SAID!! So rude and unprofessional! She didn’t stop there.. she continued with her attitude shaking her head and snickering/laughing at the unprofessional employee in the back. Clearly there was a problem since they were laughing and being bullies, so I asked what the problem was and who’s the manager. She rudely and aggressively said she was! WOW - I can’t believe this is who they would have as the GENERAL MANAGER in UA let alone any other Great Clips store. The employee long hair and tattoos had to then try to walk and get in my face in front of my two children. These two are an incredibly poor and embarrassing choice to have work for a great company. They don’t stand by the customer service, comfort, freedom, and connection that is the home base of Great Clips. I felt so uncomfortable and bullied by them both. These are two grown women who acted incredibly entitled and defiant. Please never go to the UA great clips.

I left feeling confident and refreshed—definitely my go-to spot from now on!

When I signed in for a haircut online I was in Grandview on Fifth Ave. The site said there was a 10 minute wait. It was further away then I expected so hoped I could still get in. It took at least 15 minutes to get there. It was around 230 in the afternoon and only one stylist was working. She finished up with her client after approx 10 min then went on to the one person ahead of me. I asked if there were other stylist and was told she's finishing up her lunch after waiting another 10min or so a heavily tattooed woman with very unkept appearance came out and was frittering away at things on the front desk. The wait time for me on the screen jumped to 10 min. She felt she needed to change the receipt paper in the register even though she wasn't using the register for anything . She then casually went over to a Starbucks order that was on the counter casually opening and peering into the bag. She didn't address me at all the entire time or apologizing for the wait. I got disgusted and left. Ive been to many Great Clips locations and the Tremont store is the worst !!
