Javon has been my stylist for the past few months and each visit I feel like a pampered princess. His creative eye is refined, he’s truly gifted. 10/10 I would recommend 🫶🏾

- SSSophia SmartSep 2, 20251.0This salon made me think they could do a style on my hair that they couldn't...when it didn't come out they way they intended it was then suddenly about the texture of my hair. Before the appointment began they did a full overview of my hair and told me it definitely able to done .. during the appointment I was told my hair was beautiful and when the style wasn't achieved my hair was referred to as bad and dehydrated. There was a moment where the stylist left large roller set style curls just sitting at the top of my hair ...I then asked was her plan to leave them just sitting there .. her response was I'll let YOU do it the way you like it ... I proceeded to try and comb the curls through.. when I made the salon aware that I didn't like my hair and I wanted a refund I was made to feel like I was to blame .. no empathy was shown until I asked that it be given....stylist offered to pay for me to get my hair done elsewhere rather than a refund.. she suggested this to prove that no one else could do better based on my NOW BAD hair.. I then asked what sense that made and suggested that she return half my money.. after fighting tooth and nail she agreed to refund half ... I asked what the next steps where regarding the refund and she advised THERE are NONE.... I immediately became upset again and had to FORCE her to tell me how long refund might take give or take ????... when are you gonna process the refund????...finally after fighting again she gave the info I asked for ... then proceeded to say sorry she didn't use the words I wanted her to say..... unbelievable!!! Never again!!!!! She went on and on about how she knows customer service but was completely blind to the fact that she jump om the phone and immediately shifted blame took no accountability and only offered empathy when asked ... my hair was indeed a unique situation but it didn't cause them to leave roller set style curls in my head or for them to lead me to believe that a pixie cut could be done...
