- DPDeep PatelSep 8, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Great Clips on Darrow Road I visited on 09/08/2025 at approximately 1.30 pm. I was getting a simple haircut and unfortunately, the results were not at all what I asked for. I showed the stylist(she was black lady),a photo and explained that I only wanted about an inch trimmed off the length. Instead, a significant amount of hair was cut, and the layers were so uneven that it was immediately noticeable. I felt like the stylist was rushing, and when I tried to point out the issue, they seemed to get defensive and just made a few quick snips without really fixing the problem. I ended up paying for the haircut because I felt uncomfortable arguing, but I left the salon extremely upset. I will have to go to a different salon to get this fixed. The service and quality were not what I expected. I would not recommend this location."

The cuts were hideous, seemed like they barely even got a trim. I didn't have a chance to check their cuts till we got home and realized their split ends were not even cut!!! Will never go back!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
