I was getting a simple haircut and unfortunately, the results were not at all what I asked for. I showed the stylist(she was black lady),a photo and explained that I only wanted about an inch trimmed off the length. Instead, a significant amount of hair was cut, and the layers were so uneven that it was immediately noticeable. I felt like the stylist was rushing, and when I tried to point out the issue, they seemed to get defensive and just made a few quick snips without really fixing the problem. I ended up paying for the haircut because I felt uncomfortable arguing, but I left the salon extremely upset. I will have to go to a different salon to get this fixed. The service and quality were not what I expected. I would not recommend this location."
