Unfortunately, my most recent visit will be my last. I’ve been getting my hair cut the same way for a long time, and I even have “NO THINNING SHEARS” written clearly in my notes. The stylist seemed a bit out of it and spent most of the time complaining about being transferred to this location and how slow it was. Then she pulled out thinning shears. When I told her not to use them, she insisted they weren’t—then immediately started hacking away anyway. She took an extra inch and a half off the top and cut the sides so high it literally looks like a mohawk. I’ve never had such a bad haircut in my life. On top of that, she was disrespectful, condescending, and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I won’t ever go back, and honestly I’m even worried about retaliation from her coworkers just for leaving this review. Completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
