    Don't have any hair on top, so should have been an easy cut. Told her I wanted sides tapered, pretty easy. She didn't listen and cut everything the same length. Hell, I could have done that myself! Wondered why I bothered going!🤔

    I have been going here for a long time. The last time was awful. I usually stick with the same few stylists but did not this time. I have learned a lesson. I also learned that the manager does not respond to emails. The stylist, Jena, did NOT listen to me at all and gave me a completely different haircut that looks horrible and will take months to grow out. I had...yes, had an inverted stacked bob. I told her to cut it to the bottom of my ears. I told her at least THREE times. I kept repeating it because I could tell she was not paying attention or listening to me. I also told her the layer on the back of my head was as short as it should go because of my cowlick. If it gets shorter it will stick straight up. She cut the sides so short they are in the middle of my ear and cut the back about two inches shorter than it already was (the layer I told her not to cut at all). There is also a huge notch in one side of my hair. Not sure what happened there. I now have a pixie not a bob. She totally botched my haircut. I did email Great Clips and was told the franchise owner would get in contact, but he/she never bothered to. There is nothing that can be done but they need to know that this certain person does not listen at all and doesn't know basic haircuts. Beware.
