The woman’s cutting techniques were very questionable and she cut off WAY more than I told her I wanted. I asked for about an inch trim, she took off like 3 inches. Not to mention it’s very clearly uneven, as one side is more blunt and the other is feathered and thinned out. I will not be going back here. The woman seemed like she knew was she was doing too. I am very upset. EDIT: I went back two days later and the manager fixed it for me. Very thankful for her. The stylist who messed it up walked out as i came in and did not offer an apology or any additional acknowledgement besides an awkward glance.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
