I came in and asked to get my hair cut into a bob length, but I wanted the whole thing rounded, some of my layers cleaned up, and my bangs evened out. I made it clear I have curly hair. She then cuts my hair into a straight bob with no layering. Cuts my bangs uneven and can't even hide her disapproval when I said I like my bangs to be kept more at a micro-bang length. And then she proceeds to brush my hair and dry it and when I remind her I have curly hair she says she's putting in a cream to "bring back the curls" that she just brushed all out. I left with a big poofy bob and deal with that poofy bob everyday. Even with my curl routine, it's always just flat and poofy now. No shape, completely deboned, and unflattering. There was a stylist with curly hair, I will in the future be requesting her and be prepared to sit as long as it takes because I'm so tired of this every single time I get my hair cut. It really isn't hard and I'd rather be told you can't do it then have to deal with this same thing everywhere I go.
