- IZIryna ZaichenkoMar 10, 20261.0Rudest stuff ever. I’m not the person who usually writes reviews, but it was really bad, so I felt like doing so. Came to buy the particular concealer, two workers were occupied with something, I waited, no one noticed me, I approached them: hi, could you help me? Girl just was staying staring at me, waiting for me to explain what I wanted. I mean simple “hi” would be appreciated at this situation. I showed her a picture of the product I wanted, she started to looking for it, then she said that they don’t have it. I was like: ok, could you show me darker one. She found one and told me to buy it and if it’s not gonna work bring it back. I was really confused. I said: you have a tester in your hands, could I try it instead of buying it? She said: yes. I was like: do you have brushes? Like seriously. Could you help me, I want to buy something, why do I need to beg. She pointed somewhere: hygiene is over there. I didn’t see where, so I needed to find it myself. So she just left me, sat on a chair and started to chat with her colleague. Do you think this is acceptable service? I’m not even talking about smiling and being nice, just help me to find and choose product that I want to buy, that’s it, am I asking for too much? This is my worst experience at Sephora. Just go to another location, don’t waste your time.

Would rather talk about their clock out time and boyfriends while loudly swearing than help their customers. They all spoke in a brain dead manner. Bothered me to the point of leaving a review. Definitely not returning.
