- DSDebbie SugermanAug 14, 20222.0Processed return (the shampoo and conditioner no better than drugstore) and the Ivanti leave in made hair dry and crunchy. Signed me up for loyalty program and charged me $10 for that and did not refund. Not the way to keep or retain customers especially for overpriced items that don't perform
