I even told her that this haircut was for picture day and this is the product. it is actually almost humorous. I love that they have online check-in, but come on you. He sat on my lap and while he was upset she suggested I put him down for a nap because he was tired-seeming to imply I should’ve done that prior to the haircut. She had no patience, the cut turned out terrible (I told her it didn’t need to be perfect and she was sure to inform me it would be perfect if he was still), she was rude the entire time, and it ruined what is normally a good experience. On the flipside, Jen was great and always is but if this other stylist is new (I had never saw her before) then she certainly doesn’t need to be working with children or in the customer service industry.
