  The woman that cut my wife's hair just hacked and shaved half her head. After she was shown a picture of what she wanted equal on both sides. The stylist had an attitude from the beginning. Save yourselves the aggravation and go elsewhere.

  I did not have to wait; "thank you", sign in. Every hair cut I've received over the years(all but one, and I never returned to that salon) have been great. Luckily, my favorite stylists(Amy) was available and I, therefore, not only got a great cut but also interesting conversation.

  I go from bob to shag to short to longish to perm ,no perm, bangs no bangs back to bangs !! I also have very thin hair and a couple of cowlicks🤷 The best part is Jill ALWAYS gets it right 👍 I look forward to my salon visits !!! Thank You Jill, also very efficient quick service!!

  Normally a fantastic location, but this is one of the worst Great Clips experiences I’ve ever had. A rude woman named Ellie (possibly Ella) claiming to be a co-owner with her daughter was disinterested and constantly interrupting me when I tried to describe what I wanted done with my very curly hair. I was told multiple times before the cutting began that this is temporary for her and that she doesn’t even normally work at this location. She seemed more concerned with boasting her alleged 14 year resume of owning other GC stores. Very hard to believe after this mediocre haircut. She also claimed she was the only GC owner who still cut hair in northeast Ohio. If that’s true then do us all this favor; drop the scissors and stick to administration. At one point I tried to explain a detail and she rudely cut me off and finished my sentence with what she thought I was going to say. Later, when I politely told her I wanted a bit more off the back she got annoyed with me, saying she already offered that earlier. I just shut up, paid, and left. The other young stylist in the salon was clearly uncomfortable with this woman’s presence also. I understand why. On that note, The other stylists who work here are normally fantastic, but this one lady just doesn’t meet the standard I’m sure Great Clips expects of an owner. If I waked in this salon again and saw her, I would immediately walk back out. While my disappointing haircut will surely grow back to normal soon, my confidence in this brand however will take longer much longer to recover.

  Called the store yesterday inquiring about getting help with getting the 9.99 coupon. I had submitted my email and was not getting anything. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and would not help me. They told me I would have to contact corporate and acted like me calling for help was wrong of me to do. Luckily I was finally able to get the coupon, so I headed into the salon with my son. My son ended up having Georgette as his stylist. She was rude, and very unfriendly. My son said she didn't even say a word to him. Every other time the hair stylist always communicates and carries on a conversation. Then after she was done I told her I had the coupon code and proceeded to hand her my phone. She gave me a dirty look and rudely asked me why was I giving her my phone. I then explained again that I had the coupon code. I am sorry but she was horrible. If we decide to go back to this location I will make sure we don't have Georgette again.
