- AJAnn JJan 5, 20262.0Called the store yesterday inquiring about getting help with getting the 9.99 coupon. I had submitted my email and was not getting anything. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and would not help me. They told me I would have to contact corporate and acted like me calling for help was wrong of me to do. Luckily I was finally able to get the coupon, so I headed into the salon with my son. My son ended up having Georgette as his stylist. She was rude, and very unfriendly. My son said she didn't even say a word to him. Every other time the hair stylist always communicates and carries on a conversation. Then after she was done I told her I had the coupon code and proceeded to hand her my phone. She gave me a dirty look and rudely asked me why was I giving her my phone. I then explained again that I had the coupon code. I am sorry but she was horrible. If we decide to go back to this location I will make sure we don't have Georgette again.

And when we got to the car, my son said she kept sighing at him if he moved his head a little and asked him if he was itchy??? If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
