I asked her to cut it a little shorter in the front and short on the back and sides, and she didn’t even touch the top. She was done in less than 5 minutes and was reckless with the scissors. She didn’t even touch the front of my hair and didn’t ask if I wanted powder to make my hair less itchy. As soon as I walk out the door my hair starts falling out in bunches. I Do not recommend this location
