I've taken my 2 sons (5yo & 4yo) there the last 2 hair cuts (every 6 weeks or so) and the service has been okay but not great. This evening will be the last time I will ever go to this location. They were rude to me and my kids. I checked in on my phone 20 minutes before bc the wait time was 24 minutes. So I figured by the time I get there and unload 2 young children it will be our turn. Well that was not the case. We walked in and the 2 girls working were chatting by their back room and there was 2 customers sitting in waiting chair. I tried to check in on my phone to say were are here and the girl in the first chair who seems like she runs the place somewhat helped but then they called these 2 men back while my kids were at the top of the list. So okay, Ill let it go. Ill try to keep my kids entertained. My son wanted a snack so I had some gold fish and handed it to him. The girl again at the first chair say "he cant eat in here" so at that point I was done. You have by passed our appointment and you have now depriving a child of having a snack. Mind you he wasn't making a mess. So any moms looking to take your kids to get hair cuts I DON'T recommend this place.

She is quick, pleasant and kind and I look forward to sitting in her chair every 5 or 6 weeks. Online check-in makes it easy and cuts the wait time by knowing how long it will be. Thanks to Kathy and the other stylists at the Hudson Drive salon.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
