- KHKenisha HenningMar 29, 20261.0I took my son in today for a haircut and clearly explained that we wanted it short all the way around, with the top left longer and the bangs just above his eyebrows. Unfortunately, that is not what we got at all. The sides were left medium length instead of short, the top was much longer than expected, and worst of all, his bangs were cut halfway up his forehead. The result looks uneven and nothing like what we asked for. It’s really disappointing, especially when you trust a place to follow simple instructions for a child’s haircut. This was absolutely terrible work, and I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
