It’s not like I walked in 5 minutes before close. She was just sitting there on her phone, clearly didn’t feel like working. Super unprofessional and lazy. If you’re going to close early, change your hours. Won’t be coming back.
- RNRick NessAug 18, 20251.0terrible service as always. checked in had a 15 min wait.. waited 20 no big deal. but during that 20 minute online check in appeared.. they walk in and are given preferential treatment. see they want you to get the app so they can track what you do on your phone and sell your information. to third party. that is how they can afford to give cheaper haircuts. they are a privilege business.. they put importance on those they sell their information on because of the app. it makes no sense to go from 2nd position in the queue to 4th after taking 2 people that checked in on line while I was sitting there. I watched their names pop up.. its a gross business model. I left, which means no business and no tips. two people wouldve got their haircut with a 5$ tip a piece because we know you cant afford to pay real hairstylist. and ladies if you are paying 60$ already to go here save your money and go to a real Salon seriously its not much more expensive and you will have a more wonderful experience this corporate nonsense of we can chipotle online our hair customers they won't notice. ya ok I see you great clips always the worst corporate people in charge

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
